Most of us already know the dangers of High Fructose Corn Syrup and that it is in almost everything that people normally buy. They have now done new research to show how bad it really is for our bodies. Here is a a really cool video talking about the new research.
Now here is the shocking part to me. I was reading an article about how bad Agave is for us. It says that agave has the highest fructose content than any commerical sweetener ranging from 70-97 % depending on the brand. This is so much higher than HFCS which is about 55%.
Fructose increases insulin resistance, liver damage and a lot of other problems. So when you watch the video about HFCS keep in mind that agave is suppose to be much much worse. Check out for all the info on this site.
