I love apple season!

Each year at this time I love going to Apple Hill and buying a couple big boxes of apples to make homemade apple sauce, apple pie and anything else we feel like that year. So this year I bought 60 lbs of fresh apples and went to work making some apple sauce. My girls were old enough this year to get really excited and could not wait for it to be done. Yummy!!

I'm planning on making an apple pie for Kirk tomorrow since it is his favorite!

Very sad day!

I found out this morning that Myla has relapsed, that her Nephrotic Syndrome is back. I have spent most of the morning crying. I can't explain how hard it is except that steroids make Myla's body hurt all the time. Her stomach and eyes always hurt. It is really hard as a mommy to see your child in pain all the time and then have their personality totally change also.

OK you have hear enough complaining out of me.

again, again,again

Kirk's love for music has passed down to Sariah.

Tonight Kirk was watching a concert pianist play on t.v. When the lady was done playing Sariah yelled again, again. Then on came a full orchestra and she loved it. After awhile Kirk turned it off so we could say prayers and put the kids to bed and Sariah starts yelling again, again, again.

Sariah is so cute. If there is any music on in the house she will stop what she is doing to go and listen/dance and her favorite is to "play" piano with dad.

I just love my little girl!

A new project

I have really felt so lost for the past few months. With Myla getting sick and then getting pregnant and being sick for 2 months and counting (yes, I'm still sick), I have not had much time for hobbies. Here is a dress that I finished tonight and I hope to finish a matching one for Myla to wear on Sunday. The last dress I made Myla was green and let me tell you she was not happy about it not being pink. So per her request this one is pink. It really is so much cuter on but I guess that can wait until church.

I learned to knit when I was a teenager and have not knitted anything for the past 6 months. It took me a few minutes to reteach myself but once I started going it all came back. It is a perfect project to keep me busy until I feel better. I made a few hats this week and baby booties but I think I need something for me...

So here is my next project that I hope to start tomorrow and then work on it at our ward knitting night this Thursday. I love this sweater and hope that since there are only two buttons on the top I can still wear it with a big baby belly.

Family Harvest Party

The MOMS club had a Family Harvest party on Saturday and here are just a couple pics of my crazy girls. They wanted to be princesses but Myla also wanted pink hair to match her pink dress. A little odd mix but she LOVED it!

I loved Sariah's wig, I just wish she would have kept it on longer. I can't wait until she gets some hair.

Dancing with dad

Friday night was date night for Kirk and his three girls. We spent the evening dancing and having a great time. When it was time to get the girls calmed down for the night Kirk slow danced with each one. I love seeing him dance with his girls.
