Whats for dinner?

I really liked tonight dinner and so did Kirk. I got these yummy round (like a baseball) zucchini's at an very cute organic farm in Placerville. So I made stuffed zucchini and cous cous but this was not normal cous cous. I made it with a sweet syrup and added craisins and chopped almonds. It really added a nice flavor and made it taste totally different that normal cous cous.
